Let’s Make Sushi on Our Own

Oh, I love sushi, one of the Japanese cuisines, which is really delicious. I love the cooked vinegared rice a whole bunch, and I love the sushi with different ingredients, for example, seafood, vegetables and some tropical fruits on it. What’s more, I have already made the sushi on my own with some convenient gadgets, and my family does love the sushi that I made. Obviously, it cost less to make the yummy sushi at your home, and you and your family will be satisfied with the sushi that is made on your own. And speaking of sushi, there is no denying that I would serve it with the wasabi, which is my husband’s favorite while the soy sauce is my favorite.

It’s been said that the sushi is really healthy, since the main ingredients of the sushi are raw fish, rice or other fruit or vegetable, which are really low in fat and high in protein, vitamins and carbohydrates. And most of the seafood ingredients that are used to make sushi contain omega-3 fatty acids which would do good to our health a whole bunch.


Some of you might think it’s a little bit too complicated to make the sushi on your own, but I have to stress that as long as you buy those wonderful DIY sushi making tools home, you could pull it off easily. You would also need a rice cooker to cook the rice for making the yummy sushi, and you need to buy the sushi vinegar which is made especially for the sushi. After mixing the proper amount of vinegar with the cooked rice, you could use different the tools which are going to make your work much easier. If you want to make the bento with the sushi rice, the sushi moulds would help you a whole bunch anyway.
