temperatures of the fondant cakes and the cream cakes are totally different,
since the cream cakes should be kept in the freezer, while the fondant should
never be stored into the freezer. As the optimum temperature of the fondant
cake is about 20-25°C, the
fondant could not be stored in the fridge or place under the sun. Different
from the fondant cake, the cream cakes will melt easily without being stored in
the freezer.
The processes of
making a fondant cake seems to be more complicated, but the appearance of the
fondant cake could be more variety and eye-catching. Although cream cake could
be flattering and wonderful by using the 100
piece cake decorating kit, it couldn’t be as gorgeous as the fondant
cake could be. In view of that, if you are looking for a wonderful cake to
steal the limelight, the fondant cake may be better.
However, as the
fondant cake is much attractive than the cream cake, the price of the fondant

account before you purchase the cake.
