Strawberry Pie for Sweet Taste
Dear friends,
recently I went to berry with my mother, and I got sweet taste for the
strawberries which look really delicacy and cute to me. Anyway I got those strawberries
and want to use them to make wonderful pastries. I bet that it would be really
nice to bake something by using those wonderful berries. In the end I got
strawberry pie which is adored by my family a whole bunch. The recipe is rearranged
from the lemon pie, and I just adjust the lemon and some materials into new
material. Strawberry pie with pastry molds is quite big and
very tasty, and words couldn’t explain how amazing the taste was.
Ingredients:

grams of sugar,

egg yolk,

pinch of salt.
Lemon
Juice

tablespoons flour

grams milk,
1 cup
and 2 tablespoons of strawberries.

Prepare the dough. Mix sugar, flour, salt and grated lemon juice. Chop the
butter into small pieces, and beat the egg and egg yolk together. Add oil and
egg to flour, and knead the elastic dough. Now wrap the dough, and put it in
refrigerator for 2 hours.
2) Make
the filling. Add the flour after the butter melted, and stir it. Without
removing the mixture of butter and flour from heat and continually stirring, and
add the milk and sugar in it gradually. Bring to a boil and cook until thick
cream. Crushed 2 tbsp of strawberries, mixed with cream, the remaining cup of
strawberries pour in the cream entirely.

Roll out 3\4 of dough into a circle larger in diameter than the baking dish
with the plastic pastry
cutters.
With the help of a rolling pin place the dough in the form greased with
vegetable oil. To cut Pro edges form the edges of the dough. Pour cream. The
remaining dough roll out, cut into strips and make a lattice on top of the
cake. Grease the pie remnants beaten eggs. Bake at 190 degrees for 35-40
minutes. Strawberry pie with custard is ready.
