Zmodo 720P ZM-SH75D001 Camera

Today, I am going to show you the Zmodo again. Although this is my second camera, Zmodo 720P ZM-SH75D001 camera from this manufacturer, the manufacturer, Zmodo, is not so well-known. And I bet that most of you have not heard of it. However, it has been in the market of IP cameras for 6 years, has shipped 6 000 000 cameras and is among the leaders of this industry in China.

Let's start by taking a look at the box of the package. You could see that everything is simple, and the box looks really retro. As for me, I am kind of like this design. However, admittedly, it is a little bit difficult to open the box for the first time. As long as I open the box, the kit inside the box is very simple: camera with bracket, power adapter, and quick start guide in English.

Power supply is 5V 1A, that's a plus for versatility. The cord’s length is 2 meters, so that it is long enough for me to install the camera wherever I want. The camera looks quite typical, but I bet it looks a little more modern than others. The camera is about 65*50*35mm and 74g. In comparison with the Zmodo 720P WiFi camera that has been produced before this one, it is almost twice lighter.

On the front side, there are the lens, microphone, light sensor, one big IR led color indicator. The front part is made of black glossy plastic, the rest of the design in matte white. As long as you turn it on, the tri-color LED glows blue during normal operation, or blinks when you connect it to WiFi, green when enabling and red when error.
